All requests for further services, exchange of the products or complaints pertaining to the product should be accompanied with the original Tax Invoice along with valid Photo identity of the person in whose name the Invoice is issued.

Anand Jewels Provides Lifetime free repair & polishing (Labour charges only) of the products sold by it. Any further charges like Courier, Stone, Metal, Diamond shall be charged to customer.

Anand Jewels Provides the 100% money back on sales returns within 3 working days of purchases made by customer, subject to the following:

• The Money-back guarantee is subject to prevailing current market rate of Gold & the return value does not exceed the original purchase value, however it may be lesser depending on the Gold market rate.
• The Product is not tampered with or altered in any way.
• The Product should be in the same packaging along with Tag & it should not be used/worn by the customer. Final decision of same will rest with Company.

Jewellery sold by Anand Jewels can be exchanged for the product of the same or higher value within Seven (7) working days, subject to the following:

• Jewellery brought back for exchange should be in the same condition in which it was sold.
• The Product is not tampered with or altered in any way.
• No request for cash refund shall be entertained. (Except Sales Return within 3 Days)

Anand Jewels Provides 100% Buy Back value of Gold/Diamond Contents in Jewellery Products at prevailing market price, subject to the following:

• The weight of the Gold will be net of all Stones, Lac, Pearl, NCM, Vilandi, Diamond etc. and Anand Jewels will under its Buyback scheme, pay for value of the net gold content at current Anand Jewels market selling price of Gold as per caratages.
• Diamonds Studded Jewellery (if found in good condition) will be Buy back at 100% of Anand Jewels Market selling Rate of the buy back date which will be solely decided by company rate of the day.
• Making Charges and values of all other stones, beads, pearls, and taxes will not have any Buy Back Value.
• All payments for purchase of Old Jewellery/Sales Returns in excess of Rs. 10,000/- will be made through Account Payee Cheque/RTGS/NEFT only.

If payment is made by the customer through Cheque or Demand Draft, delivery of the purchased items will be made only after realization of the same by Anand Jewels.

Copy of PAN Card is mandatory for purchases/exchange value of Rs. 2.00 Lakhs and above.

We at Anand Jewels accept order booking by freezing the Gold rate on payment of 100% Advance only as mentioned in booking receipt. Ordered products should be collected within the stipulated time period mentioned in the invoice.

On cancellation of order by customer, necessary deductions from advance amount will be applicable for the loss incurred by Anand Jewels like Making Charges, Wastages, Statutory Charges and Gold rate fluctuation loss.

All Money Back, Buyback, Exchange, Free Repair & Polish policies applicable will be as per the policy prevailing on Final Billing date.

Any matter/claim/dispute arising out of the transaction will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indore Courts only.

Anand Jewels (Indore) Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Silver article & jewellery will be taken back as per hallmark purity after deductions like dust, meena, stone or any other items included in the total weight.

Silver & Polki Tarnish Disclaimer: Silver and Polki may naturally tarnish or change colour over time due to air, moisture, perfumes, or chemicals. This is not considered a manufacturing defect and Anand Jewels will not be responsible after delivery for such changes.
