Refund Policy

Anand Jewels offers 100% money back on sales returns within 3 working days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• The money-back guarantee is subject to the prevailing market rate of gold and the return value does not exceed the original purchase value. However, it may be less depending on the gold rate and the return value does not exceed the selling value.
• The product is not tampered with or altered in any way.
• The product must be in the same condition as sold, with original packaging and tag, and should not be used or worn.
• No cash refund requests will be entertained (except for sales return within 3 days).
• Refunds for purchases above Rs. 10,000/- will be made only via account payee cheque / RTGS / NEFT.
