Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed with 100% advance payment and the gold rate is frozen, cancellation is not allowed.

In case of cancellation by the customer, necessary deductions will be made from the advance amount for losses such as making charges, wastage, statutory charges, and gold rate change.

Cancelled orders will be processed as per company policy, and the final decision will rest with Anand Jewels.

Orders should be collected within the stipulated time mentioned in the invoice.
